Terms of Service
1. Who we are and what this is
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Shanghai Banyu Internet Technology Co., Ltd. (上海坂御互联网科技有限公司), registered at No. 66 Miaojing Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, China ("we", "us"), governing your use of the Quodara platform at https://quodara-ai.net ("the Service").
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service provides
Quodara is a general-purpose AI agent platform delivered entirely online as a digital service. You describe what you need in a conversation, and the agent carries it out — including but not limited to:
- generating and deploying websites, admin dashboards, API services and mini programs;
- processing documents (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / PDF), generating and editing images, generating music;
- calling large language models for analysis, writing, research and similar tasks.
No physical goods are shipped. Access is provisioned to your account immediately after a successful payment.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a plan.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- Accounts are for a single user. Quotas, compute resources and app allowances may not be resold, rented out or shared.
- Tell us immediately at support@yuban.site if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Plans, pricing and billing
- Prices are shown on the shop page in the currency displayed there, before checkout. The exact amount and currency you will be charged is shown at checkout before you confirm.
- Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. Creem handles payment processing, invoicing and the collection and remittance of applicable sales tax, VAT and GST. Your bank or card statement will show Creem as the payee.
- Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your billing location.
- Each plan is sold for a fixed term stated on the shop page. Purchases do not auto-renew silently; when a plan expires, its entitlements simply stop and you decide whether to buy again.
- Quotas are enforced on a rolling window. "300 calls / 5 hours" means at most 300 model calls in any continuous 5-hour period; the window rolls forward automatically. Unused quota does not roll over and has no cash value.
- Compute resources are a ceiling within a shared pool, not dedicated hardware.
- If you already hold an active plan and buy another one, the system converts or stacks them on an equal-value basis. The calculation is shown to you and requires your confirmation before it is applied.
5. Cancellation
You may stop using the Service at any time. Because plans are sold for a fixed term and do not auto-renew, no cancellation step is required to avoid future charges. To request money back for a current term, see the Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- break any applicable law, regulation or sanctions regime;
- create, host or distribute content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's intellectual property, or that sexually exploits or endangers minors;
- create or distribute malware, phishing pages, spam infrastructure, or tools whose primary purpose is unauthorised access to systems you do not own;
- run gambling, adult, pharmaceutical, weapons, cryptocurrency-mining or other operations restricted by our payment providers;
- attempt to bypass quota limits, reuse another person's subscription, or submit fraudulent payment details;
- resell raw compute or model access to third parties;
- probe, scan, overload or otherwise interfere with the Service or other users.
6.1 Prohibited AI-generated content
The Service includes AI image, audio and text generation. Regardless of the medium, and regardless of whether the result is kept private, you may not use it to generate, request, upload, store, publish or distribute:
- NSFW, adult, pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind, including nudity produced for sexual gratification, sexual acts, and sexually explicit text or audio;
- any sexual or suggestive depiction of a minor, or of a real person made to look like a minor — this is an absolute prohibition with no exception;
- sexual, nude or intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person created without that person's consent, including face-swapped or otherwise "deepfaked" imagery of public figures;
- face swaps, deepfakes or any other manipulation of a real person's face or likeness, including non-sexual uses such as parody, satire, advertising, "see yourself as a celebrity" demos or synthetic endorsements. Quodara does not offer a face-swap or deepfake feature, and the image-editing tools may not be used to build one;
- content that sexualises violence, or that depicts non-consensual sexual activity;
- gore, graphic violence, self-harm instructions, or content that promotes terrorism, hate or the harassment of an individual or group.
This prohibition covers the prompts you submit as well as the output you obtain, and applies equally to anything you build on the Service and publish to your own users.
Prompts submitted to our generation endpoints are screened by an automated content-moderation system. Prompts identified as violating this section are refused before any model runs, and refusal events are logged. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit prohibited prompts or that attempt to evade this screening, and we report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities.
You are responsible for the legality and compliance of anything you build with the Service and publish to the public.
Breaching this section may result in suspension or termination of your account without a refund, and we may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities.
7. Your content and intellectual property
- You own the material you upload and the code, documents and media the Service produces for you.
- You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, deploy and display that material in order to operate the Service and support you.
- The Quodara platform itself — its software, interfaces, trademarks and documentation — remains our property.
- When your plan expires or your account is closed, we clear the associated runtime environments and data within a reasonable period. Please keep your own backups.
8. Availability and changes
- We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
- We are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, upstream cloud or model-provider failures, or network attacks.
- We may add, change or retire features. If a change materially reduces the core entitlements of a plan you have already paid for, we will notify you and handle it under the Refund Policy.
9. Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, published alongside these Terms on the shop page and at https://quodara-ai.net/policies.html.
If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another jurisdiction granting a statutory right of withdrawal, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the Service is digital content supplied immediately, by completing checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. Where the Service has only been partly used, we still handle your request under the Refund Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete; verify it before relying on it in production or publishing it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates a security or payment-fraud risk. Where reasonable and lawful, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to fix the problem.
12. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy at https://quodara-ai.net/policies.html. Payment data is handled by Creem under its own privacy terms; we do not store your full card details.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the State of California, United States have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us at support@yuban.site. Almost every issue can be resolved faster by email than through a dispute, and we answer refund requests within one week.

Refund Policy
In short
Email support@yuban.site with your user ID, order number and the reason for your request. We reply with a decision within one week (7 calendar days). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
1. Refund window
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the plan's entitlements have not been substantially consumed (see section 5).
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, this sits alongside your statutory rights described in section 9 of our Terms of Service.
2. How to request a refund
Send an email to support@yuban.site including all four items below. Requests missing the user ID or order number cannot be verified and will slow things down:
- Your user ID (required)
- Your order number (required)
- The reason for the request
- A contact address, if different from your registered email
Suggested subject line: Refund request - user {your user ID} - order {your order number}
3. Where to find your user ID and order number
- User ID — sign in, open the Me page from the avatar at the bottom left; the User ID is shown at the top of that page.
- Order number — sign in, go to Me → Purchases. The first column, "Order no.", is your order number. Please copy the full string rather than just the plan name.
4. How long it takes
- We reply with a decision by email within 7 calendar days of receiving your request.
- Approved refunds are issued by Creem, our Merchant of Record, back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually appears within 5–10 business days.
- Once a refund is issued, the corresponding entitlements (model quota, compute resources, app allowance) end immediately.
5. What is eligible
- Purchases where the plan's entitlements are unused or only marginally used.
- Cases where the Service was unavailable or materially broken for an extended period through our fault and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate charges or an obviously incorrect amount — these are refunded in full regardless of the 14-day window.
6. What is not eligible, or is refunded pro rata
- Plans whose quota has been substantially consumed — refunded pro rata against the remaining term and remaining quota, or declined where consumption is near complete.
- Plans obtained for free through redemption codes or promotional gifts — nothing was charged, so there is nothing to refund.
- Orders already converted into another plan under the equal-value conversion rule.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breaching the Terms of Service.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
If you disagree with our decision, reply in the same email thread and we will review it again.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks take weeks to resolve and automatically suspend the account while under review; emailing us is faster and we answer every refund request within one week.

Privacy Policy
In short
We collect only what we need to run the Service, we never sell your personal data, and you can access, correct, export or delete it at any time by emailing support@yuban.site.
1. Who we are
Shanghai Banyu Internet Technology Co., Ltd. (上海坂御互联网科技有限公司), registered at No. 66 Miaojing Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, China ("we", "us"), is the data controller for personal data processed through the Quodara platform at https://quodara-ai.net ("the Service").
For questions about this policy or to exercise your rights, contact support@yuban.site.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Account data — email address or phone number, password (stored hashed), display name and avatar. If you sign in with Google or WeChat, we receive that provider's opaque user ID and your public profile only; we never receive your password for those services.
- Conversation and creation data — the text you type in a chat, files and images you upload, and the code, applications, documents, images and audio generated from them.
- Application and deployment data — the app configuration, repository contents and runtime logs of the applications you build.
- Support correspondence — the content of emails and tickets you send us, including attachments.
Information generated when you use the Service
- Order and billing data — order number, plan, amount, currency, payment status and timestamps. We never receive or store your full card number, CVC or banking credentials — payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record.
- Log and device data — IP address, browser and operating system, timestamps, requested URLs and error traces, used for security and troubleshooting.
- Usage metering — model call counts and resource consumption, used to calculate your remaining plan entitlements.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Data used | Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6) |
|---|---|---|
| Creating and securing your account | Account data, log data | Performance of a contract |
| Generating content, building and deploying apps | Conversation, creation and application data | Performance of a contract |
| Billing, invoicing and entitlement metering | Order data, usage metering | Performance of a contract; legal obligation |
| Support, refunds and troubleshooting | Account, order, log and support data | Performance of a contract |
| Fraud prevention, abuse detection and security | Log and device data | Legitimate interests |
| Statutory bookkeeping and tax records | Order data | Legal obligation |
| Product analytics and reliability statistics | De-identified usage data | Legitimate interests (you may object) |
We do not use your conversation content to target advertising at you.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients, each bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations:
- AI model providers (Anthropic (primary conversational model), Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (image generation and understanding, music generation)) — your prompts and attached content are sent to the model provider to generate a response.
- Cloud infrastructure providers (Tencent Cloud) — servers, databases, object storage, logging and monitoring.
- Creem, our Merchant of Record — processes payments, taxes, invoices and refunds as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
- Legal and regulatory authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, following due process and, where lawful, with notice to you.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing. Under the CCPA/CPRA, we have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising in the preceding 12 months.
5. International transfers
The Service is operated from the United States (Silicon Valley). If you access it from another country, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States (Silicon Valley). Where such transfers involve personal data from the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum where applicable) with our processors.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data — for as long as your account exists, then deleted or anonymised as described in section 8.
- Conversation and creation data — under your control; once you delete it, we remove it from production systems within a reasonable period, and backup copies expire on the normal backup rotation.
- Order and transaction records — retained for at least 5 years (or longer where local tax and accounting law requires).
- Log data — normally 6 months, for security auditing and incident investigation.
7. How we protect it
All traffic is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Passwords are stored using a one-way hash. Access to production data is restricted on a least-privilege basis and audited. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure — please keep your credentials safe and avoid pasting passwords, API keys or other secrets into conversation content.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it).
To exercise any of these rights, email support@yuban.site and include your user ID so we can verify your identity. We respond within one week, and in any case within the one-month period required by the GDPR.
Account deletion — you can ask us to close your account at any time. We will delete or anonymise your personal data, except transaction records we are legally required to keep. Account deletion is irreversible; please export anything you want to keep first.
Non-discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge you a different price or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first — please email us.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences such as theme and language. These are required for the Service to function and cannot be switched off without losing your session. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
10. Children
The Service is intended for users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe this has happened should contact support@yuban.site.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and notify you in-product or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
